Vinyasa Flow with Cass

Cass has recently completed her yoga teacher training and will be offering a VINYASA class, Tuesday 9am-10am. Cass teaches a flow class, that synchronises breath and movement. Build strength, flexibility and challenge yourself with balance. Create a mind, body connection. Moving toward peace and stillness. All levels welcome.
