February 19, THURSDAY 4 pm - 4.45 pm, suitable for ages 4-12 years.
In this class children will strengthen their body through basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner and group poses and play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques. The benefits of Kid’s yoga include: improved concentration and focus, improved co-ordination, emotional regulation, less anxiety, and a sense of wellbeing. Classes are $10 each, or $25 for 3 siblings.
