Restorative Yoga with Ellie
Join Ellie, Friday evenings from 5.15pm - 6.30pm to enjoy a deeply relaxing restorative class.
Restorative yoga uses props to support the body in the poses, to facilitate deep muscle release. Students will be guided to release tension, enhance relaxation, and cultivate mindfulness. Whether you are seeking relief from stress or a deeper connection to your inner self, these classes support the journey of self-healing and inner transformation.
